Digital product sales are provided by Kinwell Consulting, Inc., trading as Leads for PMs.

Information You Provide

Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and company name when you fill out our contact form or book a call.
Booking Data: Information you provide when scheduling a consultation, including your name, email, and any notes you include.

Digital Product Purchases

For fee book orders placed on our Website, we use Stripe to process payment. Stripe collects payment and billing information in its checkout. Our purchase flow does not receive or store your full card number or security code. We receive the purchase email, order and payment references, amount, currency, product edition and payment status so we can verify payment, provide downloads, handle refunds and disputes, and keep accounting records.

We store the order record and delivery status in Supabase and use its private file storage to provide authorized downloads. Resend processes your email address, order reference and purchase email to deliver the files and help us investigate delivery failures. We retain delivery timestamps and the email provider’s message reference. When you contact support, we also use the information you provide to resolve the request. Please do not send card details or confidential owner or resident records.

Opening a verified purchase link sets an essential cookie named fee_book_access for up to 30 days. It lets the server verify your order when you return to the download page. Browser scripts cannot read this cookie. Clearing it does not cancel your purchase; reopen your purchase email link to restore access. Keep that email private because its link provides purchase access.

We use Google Analytics to measure completed website purchases with an order reference, product, amount and currency. We do not include your email address, full card details or private download credential in that purchase event. A browser storage entry helps avoid counting the same purchase repeatedly. The Website’s analytics and advertising technologies are described below; they are separate from the essential purchase-access cookie. Purchasing does not itself subscribe your order email to a newsletter.

Order and payment records may be retained for access recovery, refunds, disputes, accounting and legal requirements. They do not use the 395-day deletion schedule for marketing-email clicks described below. If you buy on Etsy, Etsy processes your checkout and provides your order files under its own privacy practices. We use the order information and messages Etsy makes available to us to fulfill and support that order. Read the policies of Stripe, Supabase, Resend and Etsy for their processing of personal information.

Email Link Tracking

When we send you email from leadsforpms.com, links pointing to our website are tagged with a non-identifying reference code unique to your contact record. When you click a tagged link, our server records the visit, the page you landed on, and the campaign the link came from, and associates it with your contact record in our database. We use this to measure which emails and topics are useful, to prioritize follow-up with engaged contacts, and to suppress contacts who are clearly not interested. We do not sell or share this click data with third parties. You can opt out at any time by unsubscribing via the link in any email, which also stops click tracking going forward. California residents: under the CPRA, this activity constitutes "collection" of personal information but not "sale" or "sharing".

Visitor Identification (RB2B)

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. Other contact record data (name, email, assessment results, meeting history) is retained for the life of our business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter to satisfy legal and operational requirements.
